I have always been fascinated by people, businesses and what makes the right person the right fit. After working across the UK, US, Canada and Bermuda, I started thinkeD in 2018 with a simple belief: great hiring is about much more than matching a CV to a job description. I like to understand what is really going on inside a business, what the role actually needs, and what kind of person will make a difference. Then I go find them, including the ones who are not looking.
So I started thinkeD. Small by design. Every search gets my personal attention. I enjoy the hunt, the conversations, the occasional curveball, and most of all getting the right person over the line. We only take on roles we are confident we can fill - and we stay on till the end! Over the years, thinkeD has grown largely through relationships and referrals, helping companies hire 200+ engineers and business professionals across technology, AI, deep tech, product and leadership globally.
